When you book online or by phone with Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH), you must read and agree to the booking terms and conditions before scheduling a service request. Once a service request has been made, you are bound by the terms and conditions of this document.
Booking terms and conditions
- Customers should remove all personal belongings, money, and other important items from their vehicle prior to any kind of details.
- Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH) will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property, including the vehicle you are performing the service, any property contained within the vehicle or to the place of service. Make sure your vehicle is being detailed in a safe and legal area, and if you feel otherwise, please raise your concerns with the technician or directly with Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH) support.
- Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH) does not carry out the removal of excess mud in any type of vehicle, the detail service, equipment and materials that we use are not to carry out that type of work, since they can put the conditions of the vehicle at risk.
- Customers must have the vehicle free of excess mud before hiring any of our service plans.
- All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s risk and expense and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.
- Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH) or its suppliers do not accept responsibility for discharged batteries during or after service has been completed. Inspect your vehicle after service is performed to make sure all interior lights, headlights, or running lights have turned off.
- We cannot guarantee firm times when accepting your reservation.
- Our detailing times are only an estimate. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to complete the type of detailing.
- We reserve the right to use any independent contractor to perform your auto detailing and we may have to change the retailer on short notice and without penalty.
- While every effort will be made to hold scheduled reservations at the requested arrival site, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays and are made without voiding our cancellation policy.
- We reserve the right to take the data from a debit or credit card to guarantee the reservation. Debit / credit cards will be processed by Stripe.com and Paypal.com.
- We reserve the right to modify or move a reservation according to staffing levels and / or weather conditions and / or machinery or equipment failures.
- All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s risk and expense.
- All orders placed require verification of the address, package and vehicle condition. Service requests are not guaranteed at the time of booking and may be canceled at any time at the sole discretion of Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH) Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH) it reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH) it reserves the right to reject or deny the demands of customers beyond the details reserved.
- Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH) will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any member of its technical staff under any circumstances and will take appropriate action if such behaviors are found.
Pricing terms and conditions
- Ecoliq .com (ECOLIQCARWASH) reserves the right to charge an hourly rate of $50 (or a proportion thereof) for any work that is not within the reservation limits.
- A minimum 30 % surcharge will be applied to all jobs involving excess pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.
- Our prices are based on the type of detail, the location, the type of car and the condition of the vehicle, they will be advertised as a FROM price.
- Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH) reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, make, model, year, color, type of vehicle and the customer’s location, as well as the owner’s data.
- Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH) reserves the right to modify any price during detailing if it differs from the original estimate.
- Online prices do not include local and / or state taxes that apply to services.
Communications
- Ecoliq .com (ECOLIQCARWASH) will send you SMS text messages to confirm your service request, provide information about the retailer that matches your job, and conduct a customer satisfaction survey after job completion, via email or SMS text message. Depending on your mobile phone service, you may incur costs for these SMS text messages from your mobile phone service provider. Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH) is not responsible for any of these potential costs.
- Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH) can provide your order request to any retailer within our network or outside of our network to fulfill your request in a timely manner.
- When your service request matches a provider, your name, phone number, service address, and vehicle information will be shared with that service provider.
- Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH) can call you directly to schedule your service or conduct a customer satisfaction survey. In the case of a canceled application, we may call you to ask about the reasons for the cancellation.
- All incoming and outgoing customer service calls can be recorded to ensure quality.
Terms and conditions of our service
- We may ask you where you heard about Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH) to evaluate our marketing strategies.
- We can conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
- We must have permission to have a debit or credit card to ensure a regular reservation and we will charge the card after each visit.
- We reserve the right to charge a debit or credit card the full amount in case the vehicles are not available for cleaning and the reservation has not been canceled in advance (see cancellation policy)
Cancellation terms and conditions
- We require a 24-hour notice to cancel any reservation / detail service.
- Failure to provide 24-hour notice of cancellation will result in a minimum charge of 25% of the cost of the service.
- Same day appointments canceled will incur a charge of 25% of the cost of the service.
- Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH) reserves the right to collect full payment if a reservation is canceled on the day without prior agreement.
- Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH) reserves the right to alter or modify a reservation date / time without penalty, but whenever possible, it will inform the client.
- Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH) reserves the right to modify a reservation or move a reservation according to staff levels, weather conditions and / or equipment failures without penalty to the company.
- If you are not present at the time and place of the requested service, the full value of the service will be charged.
Service Guarantee
- If there is a clear and probable cause for the service technician not complying with the package as ordered or if there is clear evidence of poor workmanship, we will refund or remake, at our expense, the incomplete or unsatisfactory portion of the service.
- Cleaning or repairing the vehicle personally or professionally after initial service without authorization from Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH) voids our Service Guarantee. No refunds will be made after unauthorized cleaning or repair.
- Refusing a redo appointment for the unsatisfactory portion of your service limits any refund to 20% of the value of your service.
- Failure to disclose at the time of booking any conditional issues involving excess mud, heavy stains, foul odors, human or animal biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical spray, or any other hazardous material voids our warranty of service. No refunds will be made, nor will any additional work outside of the original package or budget.
- Some problems may require services beyond what you requested. Refusing the services recommended by customer service or your on-site technician may void the service warranty.
- Only the services included in your order and additional services authorized by Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH) are covered by our service guarantee. Any service not authorized by Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH) is at the customer’s risk and expense.
- Payment is due at the end of your service. Refusal or failure to pay for your service invalidates our service guarantee and any redo or discount service is at the sole discretion of Ecoliq.com (ECOLIQCARWASH).
- Any claim must be submitted within 48 hours after the end of the service by sending an email to (support@ecoliq.com). The images of the unsatisfactory part of the service should be sent by email to support@ecoliq.com within 24 hours after the completion of the claim.
Gift certificates
- For payer verification purposes, gift certificates have a 48-hour retention period before they can be redeemed for services.
- Gift certificates can only be used once per vehicle per service.
- The gift certificates cannot be combined or exchanged with other discounts, coupons or promotions.
